Name of business:
Ceremonies by Dan – Dan Carpenter (owner)
When was your business established?
What wedding services do you offer?
What inspired you to start your business?
I’m passionate about marriage! Wanted to do my part to craft a special ceremony for each couple, and make their special day even better!
What makes your business unique?
I don’t do a “cookie cutter” ceremony; each wedding I officiate is personal, and focused on what makes the couple special, their love wonderful, and their commitment to each other lifelong.
What is your business motto/slogan/mission?
Building Better Marriages … One Couple at a Time
Do you have employees/staff/team?
It’s just me! I’m 100% dedicated to making your wedding ceremony everything you dream about!
Three words to describe your business:
Personal, professional, extraordinary
What is your favorite season for your business and why?
All of them! I love officiating weddings all year long – love is timeless and definitely not seasonal!
What else do we need to know about your business?
I specialize in crafting and delivering a ceremony (single religion, interfaith, non-religious, or vow renewal) that captures your love and commitment. Because your special day is about you as a couple, I spend time getting to know you, then put together a ceremony that honors who you are, as well as the sacred nature of the marriage relationship. It is my privilege to work with you and then incorporate all the important elements of the marriage ceremony, including, as desired, the spiritual and/or religious. Love is all about creativity, loyalty, hard work, and passion, and I want your ceremony to reflect that … to you, and everyone attending! Call – or email – today, and let’s get started planning a memorable ceremony!
Do you cry at weddings?
I try not to during the ceremony, but have been known to shed a happy tear when I pronounce the couple “husband and wife” and introduce them as “Mr. and Mrs.” for the very first time – it’s a great honor!
What is your absolute favorite part of wedding celebrations?
Pronouncing the couple “husband and wife” and introducing them as “Mr. and Mrs.” for the very first time – it’s a great honor!
Do you prefer your cake naked or dressed?
Naked or dressed … either way, they’re delicious!
